Summer Music Lessons

Puppy Kindergarten: 8 weeks to 10 months

Intro to clicker training, dog/handler relationship building, name recognition, sit, down, stay, come when called, stand, stand for exam, house training, socialization, crate training, grooming, nail trimming, confidence building, dealing with food aggresion before it starts, leadership, tricks, self control, loose leash walking, attention and much much more!!

Intro to Agility/Puppy Agility: 3 months to 1 year

Sit stay w/release word, developing and maintaining drive, playing with yoru dog/relationship building, contact end position training, foundation jump training, foundation teeter training, weave poles, left, right and switch commands, front and rear crosses on the flat, and much, much, more!!

Doggie Manners: 10 months and up

Clicker basics, loose leash walking, sit and down stay, recall, restrained recall, follow me, stand for exam, accepting a friendly stranger, hand touch, wait, orchestrated on leash greeting of another dog, sitting politely to accept praise, distractions, attention, off leash walking, heeling around obstacles

Doggie Manners II: Pre-requisite Doggie Manners

Included in this class will be the American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen Test.  This test will be taken the final night of class at no extra charge.  Refinement of skills taught in Doggie Manners, Preparation of CGC tests, Off leash work, Introduction of AKC Companion Dog exercises

Foundation Agility:

Small essential skills, teeter, weaves, contacts, ground work.

Flyball Fun: Dogs one year and up

Introduction to the sport of Flyball, retrieving, hurdle training, focus and control around other dogs, great exercise, dogs love tennis balls!
